I'm assuming you have a BenT kit? the radiator is spaced over 20mm with a small piece of SHS, redrill the holes in the flange on the radiator 20mm closer to the core. My fan and shroud still fitted fine after i notched it, I have a vit clutch fan. The holes in the shroud are slightly slotted so you can push it all the way over to the drivers side and tweak it a little as you tighten up the bolts that hold it to the radiator. Edited: pics and better description Trimmed Shroud Re-Drilled flange Spacer Passenger side all still stock

Nice! You'll notice a vit fan makes a noticeable difference on te temp gauge too.

Pretty sure mine gets to temp quicker too. Doesn't get as hot when driven hard and under normal conditions its a little lower as well. I reckon its an awesome bolt on upgrade.

Anyone else come across this issue? G13a and Vit power steer. Should I notch the bracket or take the little bit off the exhaust manifold?

Stock manifold Blkfxx? Looks like the tab that's hitting the bracket is the one that holds the heat shield on. You'd be OK to trim that if you don't intend putting the heat shield back on.

Yea stock manifold, The heat shield wasn't on it when I bought the car so no worries about that ever finding its way back on there.
Thanks Damo!

Another question. Where does everyone mount the reservoir? I remember seeing this pic from Damo's thread, But the return hose/pipe points straight at the overflow bottle and there doesn't seem to be enough room once a hose is on there.

Has anyone else done the power steer install with the JML front bar? I cant fit the steering box because its hitting the top bolt of the bracket, looks like i'm going to have to remove the top bolt for the bracket as well as grind it a little, and just run the 2 bolts on that side...

Just grind it away till there is clearance. Do same with the bolt head.

got the box in with some grinding, same with the pump (had to notch part of the headers)... next (very n00b) question: is this a collapsible steering column? Thought I'd read the WT maruti has the collapsible type but this wont fit... and i wouldnt have a clue how to tell the difference.

Yep that's a collapsible, There will be 2 plastic pins holding it where it's at, See if you can find them (may have to sand some paint back) and knock them out. Then simply adjust to fit.

Anyone have this issue? It's viscous fan (Jimny or Vit, Not sure which) with the radiator support spaced over for the Vit power steering box. Baleno G16B with VL mounts.

Some of the g13bb jimnys have the same fans as vits, some are different.
Whats the driver side engine mount like? Has it cocked the engine over a little?
