i have a new vitara radiator and just wondering if some of you's can show me the best way that you's have mounted them.
pictures would be good as well. thanks

There are a few pics in this thread.

Has anyone got the dimensions of the Vit rad (width/height)? I have never seen one in the flesh.

did u get the auto or manual one?

as the auto one is the bigger one and also has the outlets for the auto fluid to go through it.

their was two differant sizes, i got the smaller one wich is still bigger than the original suzuki one, both had cooler lines you just dont use them.

guess ill just make brackets from scratch. i just thought you guys might have known of a easy way like using vitara brackets or something.

Yeh the vit mounts up like a newer car with the bottom rubber bits and top over brackets.

Joeblow did a writeup on here somewhere with pics of his vitara rad install also.

I've thought about it for mine but my 1.3 rad cools my 1.6 fine so far and if i go power steer i may think about it.

i havent done it yet lol. been to busy to look at it lately but i might get to it this weekend. if some one can find the link to jóe's write up that would be good.
also i can get these radiators new for $250 if any one wants one. probally only good for perth people unless you's want to pay freight.

clearly i have found that thread as i have posted in it before i made this thread. i did find joe helpfull their but was wondering if he had a better write up or any one else had pics of how they have done it.

I know this isn't related directly to the vit radiator but I only just noticed it yesterday. This is the best idea I've seen in ages for a rad swap. It's off a John Deere ride on mower apparently. Sorry for the hijack but I know when I've searched for radiator swaps I would have liked to stumble across a few different options.
