i've been thinking of doing something similar, only difference is i want to incorporate a dc-dc charger so i can charge the battery off smaller cables. but if i was gonna buy one, and this was on a shop shelf, id definitely consider it, looks very well done |

Thanks Mate! Yeah I like the DC-DC set ups. The cable on this one isn't took thick, and being a SWB it's a pretty bloody short one at that. Only 0.02V difference from the main battery to the Anderson connector up back. |

Looks very neat, I ended up with a 130ah agm in one of these battery boxes, the problem is the 130ah size is really too large for the majority of battery boxes so the lid does not sit on top if the battery very neatly... |

I also looked at the 130ah, but as you said it's a touch too tall. Would of been nice to have that extra 30ah. The 100ah allowed just enough overlap for the lid the locate on the base, so the box can be relocated without fuss. Be interesting to see how your box looks with the 130ah in it. |
