Well got bored today.. decided to light up the cab a bit more!! Got this LED light and switch from the local auto elec place.. came to $25.. made up this alloy bracket, and put them in

I then ran a dual core wire along the support beam.. which also tucked it away out of sight.. i tapped into the existing interior light.. and got the earth off the support beam screw. Let there be LIGHT!! :D

thanks buddy!! Yeah.. its pretty happy colour. Would be nice if it was a tad brighter.. but i will be getting some new lights to do a similar thing in the back of it soon.. so not a huge concern!

x2 i put 1 up the top at the back of the car and one beside the drivers seat at the top, i also replaced the original light with a led globe and wired it up so if i open any door the light will come on not just the driver door, ill put some pis up of it when im home again.

yours looks good zookernator

cheers scott

x3 12 inch fluro zip tied to the B pillar crossmember in between the seat where the old light used to be. Best Mod ever for night runs....lights up the whole interior all for $6.95!

I like your interior light, my suzi is a hardtop so I went to JAYCAR and replaced the original interior lightbulb with a 6led globe. Works a treat and is much brighter than the standard fitting.
