Seat mount with reinforcement
me looking like an immigrant
fixing up Hugo's sierra seat mounts. same spots as mine on the driver and passenger sides. I've rewelded the cracks and cold gal them. For the worst ones i've had to reinforce with 1.6 gal sheeting. Comes out stronger than new.
If anybody wants theirs done in brisbane they're more than welcome to ask.

found out yesterday why there was so much freaking rust in the floorpans... some retard covered up the drain holes and welded them up. Fixed that with a 32mm holesaw and a couple of sink plugs
working on the new white one today. I'll get it on the road this week.

If you go to bunnings they actually have the metal plugs in the plumbing section that pop up to drain. They fit flush and look like they are meant to be. What's with working in mossimo kit? That like my best clubbing gear hehe.

We're going to have to ask you to leave Chinny. That kind of workmanship is unacceptable on this site!! We need to see more bird crap welding, hammertone paint and perhaps welding in sunglasses rather than helmet.

That gal sheet seems like a great option for repairing rusty sections - I might have to do it too, I have access to kilometres of it at work...

Didn't get much done on the red one today, just filled up the gaps in the floorpan with silicone and painted them with chassis paint. Ran around getting parts and helping hugo with his sierra. managed to get waterpump and engine mount on the white one done

we need some group photos chinny!
Chinny spent part of his monday teaching this young accountant how to service his sierra. An investment in the future! He's also got some door cards done for my sierra, which is looking pretty awesome
