Good work for the clutch cable, are you using the carby version now that has the nuts holding it to the bracket? this is the better setup as it has less give |

Yeah, I am. I could have changed the entire cable over, but after looking at both setups, I figured the carby cable (as you've stated) was the better engineered one, and has a better adjustment setup. That, and I only discovered the difference after the engine was in - easier to change the bracket.... |

in the process of doing the same conversion essentially, LWB vit EFI engine into a SWB carby vit. great write up! should prove to be pretty useful over the next week or two when i start putting the engine and everything back in myne |
