Finally got around to securing the Engel. I got sick of it sliding around on steep hills and heavy braking. It was originally tied down with nylon webbing. Just bought some Turnbuckles and had some fence wire already. Had to buy Engel brackets $17.00

i know vermin uses those clips at the rear of the jimny to secure his fridge, it works really well and secures it nicely.

even when we are getting thrown around the fridge has stayed put.

wat did you secure it at the front though?? did you drill a hole in the car??

Had to drill holes forward as the fuel tank is below the fridge and hard to get at nuts. Used a cable joiner.
