Yes its a wooden back. Not a sauna, or a poop deck or a boat just a wooden back for something different.

Looks good, you could add some stainless cables and use them as handrails......
If you did some stainless things then you could double your luggage space

Stubby holders are a thought and MAYBE the umbrella holder too LOL.
I did think of putting a small tub in the back like a hottub (jokes)
And yes it was made to be removed easily by unbolting from the original roll bar for those nice summer days.

if ya lived in sa i would make ya 1 out of steel as i work at fielders would look alot better than that i can asure u even put a pressed recess in 4 ya window so u could mount a rear window properly
