Your bolts are too long. did they teach you nothing. only 2 or 3 thread out the end of the nut. Geez Royce. Welds look good, just grind off the bolts and it's all good.

That was an in progress shot, those round head metal head screws (did you sleep through that class in engineers school  ) have been cut to length and locked
